ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Please visit our offerings on TOCK. You will find a la carte options and scheduled delivery dates available.
OR
Orders can be placed here online ‘Shop Home Delivery’ and include express checkout. If you wish to add more to your order, simply navigate back to add individual items.
You may also place an order directly with our team with additional inquiries. Email orders@lot25inc.com with products you would like to order and provide a preferred date for delivery.
Is there an order minimum?
The minimum is $200 per order. Please ensure the cart total adds up to this amount. To add more products, you may navigate back to the previous page.

Exception: If orders consists of TRUFFLES ONLY these minimums apply.

What is the order cut off time?
Orders are taken for the same week delivery on Wednesday/Friday or Saturday and must be placed 2 days in advance (Monday/Wednesday/Thursday). If you are placing a pre-order for an upcoming week, please indicate the exact date you wish to receive your order in the notes section. If you require rush delivery, email us and we will try to accomodate.
No cancellations after payment and delivery confirmation. Please contact us if you need to reschedule or modify your order.

DELIVERY

How are deliveries made?
Delivery days are Wednesday/Friday/Saturday and made between 10am - 7pm. A separate confirmation will be issued to provide a timeframe for delivery.
Please ensure someone is available during your confirmed delivery date to receive the order. Delivery notes such as instructions for concierge, preferred drop off areas, etc. will help us safely deliver your products.

Delivery Fees:

Select the delivery fee that applies to your delivery address.
$5 Truffles, hand delivered in the GTA.
$5 for delivery in the Toronto Zone <Hwy 427 - Victoria Park> & <South of Steeles Ave.>
$20.00 in GTA (Oakville, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough)
For areas not listed, please contact us to coordinate a possible delivery or shipping option.

PAYMENT

What form of payments do you accept?
On our website:
We accept Apple Pay and Credit Cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard) payments.
Email Orders:
Upon receiving your order confirmation, there will be instruction for processing payment. We require payments to be made no later than 24 hours prior to the delivery date. We accept EMT and Credit Cards.

Are Payments Secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure portal. No payment information is stored or collected after a transaction is processed.

GIFT CARDS

How will I receive and use the gift card?
You or the recipient will receive an email with the gift card message and unique code. After the recipient receives their gift card, they can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout.
Gift cards apply to the order total, including tax and applicable delivery fees. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining amount can be paid using another supported payment method. If the order total is under the gift card value, it can still be applied and a balance will remain on the card. Gift cards cannot be applied to subscription products.
How do I check the balance?
The recipient will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, they'll see the remaining balance if there is any.

PRODUCTS

Are the products Fresh or Frozen?
It varies by product, but will be packed accordingly. A rule of thumb for which items are generally fresh or frozen.
Fresh: A5 Wagyu Beef, All steaks, Fresh Truffles
Frozen: Foie Gras, Duck, Lobster, A5 Wagyu/Steaks (depending on production).

Are all products in stock and fully available?
We have an excellent fulfillment rate and aim to have all products available. However, some products listed are subject to availability. We will always provide you with an option for a substitution of equal or higher value. The demand is constantly changing and increasing. We encourage early pre-orders to ensure your order will be completely fulfilled.
